Chilled Sparkling Water on Tap for your restaurant, bar or cafe
For restaurants, bars & cafe’s that need of a continuous supply of chilled or sparkling water.
Our water systems solutions provide a constant source of purified (filtered) ambient, chilled and sparkling water. Can be configured as an under bench system with font taps installed, or a bench top system.
The only model on the market with ice bank tank in stainless steel with extractable refrigeration coil and carbonator for easy maintenance and maximum hygiene.
Refrigeration coils are fully sealed and external to the tank, avoiding the formation of biofilm or mould on the inside.
Compact size, it can be mounted either over or under-counter, and can even be reinstalled the other way round if the need arises.
Able to operate at external temperatures of up to 43°C – 109 °F.
Taps mounted on either of the 2 sides.
Water is re-circulated internally so that the unit can be placed at a good distance from the mains supply point.
CO2 System:
A professional system with adjustable CO2 levels for continuous supply of sparkling water at high volumes and with an estimated production of approximately 300 to 350 litres of sparkling water per 2.6kg CO2 bottle.
Please note that the amount of sparkling water produced may vary depending up on appliance type, usage patterns and product “set-up”
Quality Parts:
Total hygiene is a priority, for this reason, only certified (DM 174/2004 – EC 1935/2004) food contact materials are used for all components in contact with liquid and great care is taken in assembling each product. This approach eliminates the possibility of contamination and allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Pressure:
Appliances must only be connected to a potable drinking water supply (mains water). The incoming supply pressure must be good, i.e.: a constant pressure of approximately 2.5 and 5 bar. The flow rate should not be less the 3 litres per minute.
